YOGA BRUNCH CLUB RETREAT

Friday 25th June - Sunday 27th June, 2021

I am delighted to announce the first in person event for 2021 will be an intimate Yoga Brunch Club Retreat at a stunning new location this summer.

Join us at the beautiful Court Farm in Somerset, a family run converted farm, surrounded by 10 acres of breathtaking countryside.

Court Farm has been lovingly restored with exquisite attention to detail; the farm buildings have been immaculately refurbished with style and the utmost luxury. Offering a beautifully modernised cottage and additional cow byres around a private courtyard, Court Farm provides the ideal setting for individuals to find some space, whilst also coming together in the heart of the English countryside.

This is the chance to join an exclusive an intimate retreat, with numbers limited to 8 places, all with luxurious double rooms and en-suites.

The retreat is open to all yoga levels. If you have just taken a couple of classes and have always wanted to go on a retreat but never made the leap, or you have been practicing yoga for years, this is the perfect time to join Yoga Brunch Club for a weekend of relaxation.

Food is as key to the weekend as the yoga, I am thrilled to welcome Rebecca Rhodes-Evans, chef, boutique caterer and founder of Rock My Bowl. Rebecca is known for her knowledge and use of seasonal ingredients, creating unfussy, nourishing and beautifully presented food.

There will be time for long walks, evenings spent by the fire pit, moments curled up with a good book - time to treat yourself.

Daily yoga

There will be daily yoga practices (5 in total) led by Cloudia Hill.

The entire retreat will take place with a reduced size group to support social distancing so we will have lots of space to move around and feel safe and relaxed while practicing.

Saturday and Sunday will start with a 90 minute morning yoga class that will begin gently, progressing into a more dynamic flow, invigorating and waking up the body. There will be an optional inversion workshop, so you can have the time to learn how to get in and fall out of poses, and most importantly have fun with it.

Gentle evening yoga classes will explore asanas and breathing techniques, working with yin yoga and a more restorative self practice, helping to refine awareness and prepare you for a good nights sleep.

The weekend will build from one day to the next, enabling you to make progress in your practice, with a toolbox of skills that they you can take back home with you.

What you’ll be eating

If you have been to a Yoga Brunch Club before you will know that the food is just as important as the yoga and we take pride in the food that is provided.

Rebecca’s focus on seasonal produce and unfussy food means that she is a favourite with some of the best known brands in the business. She has catered for the likes of Instagram, Pinterest, Liberty, Browns Fashion, Tommy Hilfiger, Elemis and WeWork, to name a few! Look forward to beautifully presented, nourishing food and of course, luxury granola - Rebecca’s speciality.

The stay includes two hearty suppers, a wholesome lunch and two nourishing brunches, plus plenty of snacks and treats, tea and coffee. Please let us know if you have any specific dietary requirements or allergies when booking so that we can take these into consideration when planning the menus.

Rebecca Rhodes-Evans

Rebecca founded boutique catering company Rock My Bowl in 2016, specialising in creating bespoke menus for intimate and larger gatherings. Her journey began with a luxury granola and a stall at Druid Street Market.

“When I became a mum it became even more obvious to me how important this first meal of the day is. Sometimes, juggling everything meant that I wouldn't eat my lunch until almost dinner time so my breakfast had to be substantial and filling but, most importantly, delicious! As a regular exerciser I have always been interested in food as fuel and I have spent a lot of time understanding how to give your body the nourishment and nutrients it needs to function. All too often these foods can be bland when there is so much around to make it sensational”
