Yoga Brunch Club Retreats offer a weekend of complete relaxation and nourishment

Taking place in unique and luxurious locations across the south of England, Yoga Brunch Club aims to make your feel completely at ease for the duration of your stay. With roaring fires, king size beds, ensuite bathrooms and surrounded by rolling hills, you’re sure to feel at home as soon as you arrive.

The retreat is open to all ages and yoga abilities. If you have taken a couple of classes and have always wanted to go on a retreat but never made the leap, or if you have been practicing yoga for years, everyone is welcome to join a Yoga Brunch Club retreat.

There will be time for walks, evenings spent by the fire, moments curled up with a good book - time to treat yourself.

We currently run retreats twice a year, with triple, twin, or single occupancy rooms available.

What’s included?

Daily yoga

Over the course of the weekend, there will be daily yoga practices (5 in total) led by Yoga Brunch Club Founder Clem Balfour and Cloudia Hill.

The retreat will start with an evening of slow flow to ease you into the weekend. Saturday and Sunday will start with a 90 minute morning yoga class that will begin gently, progressing into a more dynamic flow, invigorating and waking up the body. There will be an optional inversion workshop, so you can have the time to learn how to get in and fall out of poses, and most importantly have fun with it. Evening yoga classes will explore asanas and breathing techniques, working with yin yoga and a more restorative self practice, helping to refine awareness and prepare you for a good nights sleep. 

The weekend will build from one day to the next, enabling you to make progress in your practice, with a toolbox of skills that they you can take back home with you.


What you’ll be eating

We work closely with bespoke chefs and caterers to create an innovative menu for the weekend. From the moment you arrive, you will be provided with nourishing and delicious snacks, refreshments, 3 course dinners, wholesome lunches and sweet treats.

The food over the weekend is just as important to us as the yoga, therefore we ensure that meals are well balanced to leave you feeling your best.

Please let us know if you have any specific dietary requirements or allergies when booking so that we can take these into consideration when planning the menus. Please note that the menus are designed to be shared and therefore, in some cases, there are dietary requirements we’re not able to cater for. Please get in touch to find out more.

Other information

Arrival is from 4:30pm on Friday, departure is from 1pm on Sunday. A detailed schedule for the weekend will be released after booking.

Please note, we are a small independent business and have to pay fixed costs for venues and menus, therefore tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
