Your morning will start with an hour long yoga class taught on the brand new top floor of the brewery, led by Clem Balfour of Yoga Brunch Club. After your yoga class, you’ll be able to soak in the atmosphere of Bristol’s leading brewery whilst enjoying a sample of LHG signature beers or kombucha (non-alcoholic), taking care of the culinary proceedings will be Mission Pizza, who will be serving up a vegetarian and vegan pizza buffet.

This will be an all levels yoga flow class. Beginners are welcomed and encouraged, and for the more advanced yogis there will always be options to deepen any pose. Expect a relaxing and nourishing morning, which is going to set you up for the rest of the day.

All yoga mats and props will be provided on the day.

LEFT HANDED GIANT

LHG opened the doors to our brewpub on 13th June 2019, with the aim to create a beating heart at the centre of our business and in Bristol. A place for us to engage and interact with the people who drink our beer, and shorten the distance between production and glass. The venue includes it’s own full-sized brewing outfit as well as dedicated spaced for guests to enjoy the resulting beers in a bar environment, just metres away from where they were made. The Brewpub was funded by the crowd, with 1500 people investing in our small company. Housed in a former brewery, we are incredibly proud to be the custodians of a site that has over 250 years of brewing history within its walls.

CLEM BALFOUR

My aim is to never make you feel intimated as soon as you walk into my class, the focus of the practice for me is about teaching you how to build a deeper connection with how you are feeling that day and how you are breathing. We all have different bodies and they respond in different ways, with that in mind I always offer different options for a pose so you can start to find a personal practice in each class and strive towards moving in a way that feels good, rather than looks good. You won’t find any pretzel poses in my classes, but you will learn how to allow yourself to slow down better, how to find some stillness in your life, and how to breathe.

My classes often combine elements of Yin and Yang, helping to balance out your energy so you can experience the effects of yoga both for your body and your mind.

A quiet mission to save the planet one pizza at a time. We are small but we are bold and brave. This is not a business, it's a crusade to change people's perceptions, culture and beliefs about food.

Oh and in our opinion we make the finest, artisan, wood-fired vegetarian and vegan pizza you'll taste anywhere.

Wood-fired vegetarian and vegan neo-Neapolitan pizza.

Serious food for people who don't take food too seriously.
