Clem Balfour founder of Yoga Brunch Club together with Iris and Adam owners of Tsukemono invite you to join us for a very special Yoga Supper Club at the calming and beautiful space at The Forge.

Enjoy a relaxing vinyasa flow yoga session led by Holly Warren. Holly's classes are creative and dynamic, with over 20 years of experience, she was one of my first teachers, which makes me even more excited that she is joining us to lead the evening yoga class, you are in for a treat with this one. After yoga we will serve up Seedlip cocktails and sit down for 3-course spring feast prepared by Iris Hable and Adam Hartshorne founders of TSUKEMONO.  After learning to cook the dishes they loved when visiting Japan, but struggled to find here they opened up their now hugely popular street food stall. With recent sell-out pop up's at the Volunteer Tavern, Robin Hood, and highly acclaimed reviews in the Bristol Post and Bristol 24/7, their food speaks for itself. After our sell-out collaboration in January I am so pleased to be collaborating with Adam and Iris again

The Yoga Brunch Club was founded by Clem Balfour in 2014. The idea came from a combination of her great passions yoga and food, on a mission to make yoga more accessible the Yoga Brunch Club was launched. These run monthly in London and Bristol, with a few Yoga Supper Club's also added into the mix.

This will be an all levels vinyasa flow class. Beginners are welcomed and encouraged, and for the more advanced yogis there will always be options to deepen any pose. Expect a relaxing and nourishing evening, which is going to set you up for the rest of the week.

TSUKEMONO is Adam and Iris. We met on a beach in Cambodia and instantly started talking about Japan; comparing notes on favourite films, artists and, of course, food. Determined to recreate the tastes we both found in Japan, we taught ourselves to cook all the dishes we couldn’t find back home. Five years later, with a notebook full of recipes, we’ve settled in Bristol. At the moment, there doesn’t seem to be a better place to start a street food business. TSUKEMONO is the natural conclusion of our journey.

WHAT DOES TSUKEMONO MEAN?
Tsukemono means “pickled things”. Pickles are a staple of Japanese cuisine that round out the flavour profile of any dish. All our food is served with a choice of pickles.

HOLLY WARREN'S teaching brings focus on awareness and movement of the breath, developing healthy body mechanics, alignment, postural strength, and vitality.

She uses her extensive knowledge and keen eye to adapt each pose according to individual needs and thereby better facilitate personal growth and inner confidence. Having grown up within the yogic tradition Holly has been practising Yoga for more than 20 years. Following a successful international career as a professional contemporary dancer, she combined many of the key aspects of both disciplines, with a particular focus on the balancing and revitalising quality of the breath and its capacity for change on both mind and body.
