Clem Balfour founder of Yoga Brunch Club together with Lara Lindsay and Mike Orme founders of the well known Scandinavian restaurant 'Dela',  invite you to join us for a very special Yoga Supper Club in the beautiful space at Dela in East Bristol.

We will have private access to the restaurant, the evening will start with a relaxing vinyasa flow yoga class led by Clem Balfour, Yoga Brunch Club founder. Post yoga, seasonal summer cocktails will be served before we sit down to tuck into a 3-course nourishing summer feast prepared by Dela. Mike and Lara have worked together in the food industry and immersed themselves in Bristol’s food scene for the last decade. Dela means ‘share’ in Swedish and sharing food and eating together is fundamental to the restaurant's ethos, with a focus on seasonal dishes with local provenance.

The Yoga Brunch Club was founded by Clem Balfour in 2014. The idea came from a combination of her great passions yoga and food, on a mission to make yoga more accessible the Yoga Brunch Club was launched. These run monthly in London and Bristol, with a few Yoga Supper Club's also added into the mix.

This will be an all levels vinyasa flow class. Beginners are welcomed and encouraged, and for the more advanced yogis there will always be options to deepen any pose. Expect a relaxing and nourishing evening, which is going to set you up for the rest of the week.

Dela founders Mike and Lara have worked together in the food industry and immersed themselves in Bristol’s food scene for the last decade. Dela means ‘share’ in Swedish and sharing food and eating together is fundamental to the restaurant's ethos, with a focus on seasonal dishes with local provenance.

Dela opened last year in Easton at the Mivart Studios, once a clothing factory, it was also used for aircraft production in the First World War but these days it’s home to 90 studio spaces for local creatives under the umbrella of the Mivart Studios. With its splendid original wooden parquet floor, the high-ceilinged space is beautiful and light.

Mike and Lara have taken inspiration and a Scandinavian approach to food and socialising. They want to encourage communal eating (Dela means ‘to share’ in Swedish) and community in the heart of Easton.

Described by Bristol Live as: "The New Easton restaurant that could quickly become the coolest place in Bristol".

Clem, founded the Yoga Brunch Club back in 2014, and now runs these full as popular monthly events in London and Bristol. alongside teaching weekly classes at Pure Yoga.
