Yoga Brunch Club founder Clem Balfour together with Lauren Lovatt invite you to join us for a relaxing Saturday morning of yoga led by Pippa Richardson and delicious 3-course brunch at the beautiful calming space at 42 Acres in Shoreditch.

It is the perfect opportunity to welcome in the start of spring and finally start to leave the house again after hibernating for winter. Enjoy a relaxing morning yoga session led by yoga teacher Pippa Richardson, Pippa's Hatha yoga classes are spacious and intuitive, allowing time for exploration and contemplation. The yoga class will be followed by a refreshing kombucha and three-course sit down brunch prepared by plant based chef Lauren Lovatt. Having always been obsessed with making food Lauren is a plant based chef with a passion for nutritious and mesmerising plant food. Lauren has an eye for fine plating, natural ingredients and exciting plant food. Specialising in Raw desserts, styling and new ideas for the plant powered generation.

This will be an all levels vinyasa flow class. Beginners are welcomed and encouraged, and for the more advanced yogis there will always be options to deepen any pose.

LAUREN LOVATT

Having always been obsessed with making food Lauren is now a A plant based chef with a passion for nutritious and mesmerising plant food. Lauren has an eye for fine plating, natural ingredients and exciting plant food. Specialising in Raw desserts, styling and new ideas for the plant powered generation.

Having run an aspirational vegan restaurant, Asparagasm, in the Cotswolds for some years she went on to train with Matthew Kenney Culinary and then Lead the PlantLab Barcelona School.

Lauren has spent the last few years setting up restaurants, leading kitchens, teaching & hosting mesmerising pop-up events. Now she is starting a new era drawing on these recent experiences to get people excited about food for your body and your mind.

You may also know her from her most recent venture as co-founder of the Plant Hub in East London.

PIPPA RICHARDSON

Pippa is a yoga teacher, speaker and Founder of The girlness project - an initiative that seeks to support the emotional and physical wellbeing of young girls and women.

Pippa's Hatha yoga classes are spacious and intuitive, allowing time for exploration and contemplation. Pippa teaches weekly classes and private sessions in London as well as workshops and talks across the country. Her teaching encourages exploration and creativity as she supports others to experience their own capacity for self-awareness and embodiment. She has a focused approach to alignment, which honours the needs for different approaches for individual structures.

Her work is inspired by her own rich experience of working 1-2-1 with her teacher for 5 years and her study of body psychotherapy. She is a faculty member on the 'The Art of Teaching Yoga 1-2-1’ a two year training for yoga teachers.

Yoga Mats and props are provided, please arrive changed and ready for the class.
