Yoga Brunch Club founder Clem Balfour together with Kimberly Parsons invite you to join us for a relaxing Saturday morning of yoga and delicious 3-course brunch at the beautiful calming space at 42 Acres in Shoreditch.

This is the perfect opportunity to press reset before the mayhem of the festive season takes over. Enjoy a energising morning yoga session led by yoga teacher and food stylist Sarah Malcom, Sarah teaches a strong yet soft and playful vinyasa flow class with an emphasis on the importance of moving with breath and intention. Her light hearted humour allows for a relaxed & comforted energy in the class. The yoga class will be followed by a refreshing LA Brewery Kombucha and three-course sit down brunch prepared by chef and author of 'The Yoga Kitchen',  Kimberly's passion for food comes from her Sicilian family roots and culminated in her opening a chain of London health cafe's in 2013 called 'Retreat' cafe. Kimberly spends her time cooking on health retreats all over the world and resides in the English countryside where she cooks bespoke healthy meals for many celebrity and private clients delivering them to doorsteps all over London. 

This will be an all levels vinyasa flow class. Beginners are welcomed and encouraged, and for the more advanced yogis there will always be options to deepen any pose.

KIMBERLY PARSONS

Kimberly Parsons is the author of ‘The Yoga Kitchen’, a speaker, lecturer, professionally qualified naturopath, chef and entrepreneur.

As ‘The Yoga Chef’ her mission is to teach people how to tune-in to their innate wisdom and learn how to listen to their body’s daily signs and symptoms in order to find long lasting, vibrant health and happiness. She calls this ‘body intelligence’ and is deeply passionate about helping people tap into this knowledge to find true connection.

Kimberly's passion for food comes from her Sicilian family roots and culminated in her opening a chain of London health cafe's in 2013 called 'Retreat' cafe. SARAH MALCOM 

Sarah is a yoga teacher, food stylist & recipe creator, encompassing all the things she loves most. She teaches a strong yet soft and playful vinyasa flow with an emphasis on the importance of moving with breath and intention.

Sarah encourages her students to find a personal practice in each class and to strive towards moving in a way that feels good rather than looks good.

Her light hearted humour allows for a relaxed & comforted energy in the class.

Sarah currently teaches at Frame Yoga and Mortimer House.
