Yoga Brunch Club founder Clem Balfour together with Frankie Unsworth invite you to join us for a relaxing Sunday morning of yoga and delicious 3-course brunch at the beautiful calming space at 42 Acres in Shoreditch.

Enjoy a energising morning yoga session led by Pippa Richardson, Pippa's classes are spacious and intuitive, allowing time for exploration and contemplation and open to all levels. Post yoga guests will tuck into a 3-course nourishing feast, prepared by Frankie Unsworth, London-based freelance food stylist, cook and writer.  Frankie has styled the food for numerous best-selling cookbooks, and works alongside food brands to create enticing images to showcase their products. She will be styling our brunch table with her talented eye, but rather than tweezer toting precision, you can expect a colourful and beautifully balanced meal to seal your yoga practice. Her first cookbook THE NEW ART OF COOKING, published by Bloomsbury on June 28th, provides a peek into the world of food styling, offering up a wealth of tips and techniques to transform the way you cook and eat.

This will be an all levels hatha flow class. Beginners are welcomed and encouraged, and for the more advanced yogis there will always be options to deepen any pose.

Ticket includes:

FRANKIE UNSWORTH

Frankie is a London-based freelance food stylist and writer.  She has styled the food for numerous best-selling cookbooks, and works alongside food brands to create enticing images to showcase their products. Her first cookbook THE NEW ART OF COOKING, published by Bloomsbury on June 28th, provides a peek into the world of food styling, offering up a wealth of tips and techniques to transform the way you cook and eat.

It’s the more natural side of food styling, focussing on flaunting the beauty of the ingredients themselves in a creative way, that truly inspires and informs Frankie's cooking. So rather than tweezer toting precision, you can expect a colourful and beautifully balanced meal to seal your yoga practice, showcasing the season’s bounty in an effortlessly elegant way.
