Yoga Brunch Club and Cook & Baker are partnering up to bring you a very special Mother’s Day Sunday, join us for a relaxing morning of yoga and delicious food accompanied by Seedlip Cocktails (non-alcoholic) at the beautiful calming space at 42 Acres in Shoreditch.

Enjoy an energising morning yoga session led by Clem Balfour, founder of Yoga Brunch Club. Clem came to yoga over a decade ago and teaches uplifting classes inspired by vinyasa flow (aligning breath and movement), which allows her to respond to the energy in the room. Her classes are often set to a modern playlist, combining elements of Yin and Yang, to help balance out your energy and allow you to experience the effects of Yoga for your body and your mind. Post yoga guests will be treated to a well-deserved Seedlip cocktail , before sitting down to tuck into a 3-course nourishing feast prepared by Katie and Safia of Cook & Baker

Cook & Baker supper clubs are a series of carefully curated experiences by Katie and Safia, two best friends who love nothing more than spending time together in cafés and on rooftops, exploring cities and beautiful spaces, opposite each other at the table, and side by side in the kitchen. Having met whilst living in Madrid, where they spent their sunny days and balmy nights exploring the city's most beautiful cafés, restaurants and rooftops, they combine their love of food, design and event styling with inspiration from their travels.

This will be an all levels vinyasa flow class. Beginners are welcomed and encouraged, and for the more advanced yogis there will always be options to deepen any pose.

Tickets include: yoga, 3-course brunch, and two Seedlip cocktails + a few secret extra special treats along the way.

In early 2017, after spending several months together travelling around Indonesia and Australia, Katie enrolled in the Diploma at Leith's School of Food and Wine, and Safia began studying Patisserie at Le Cordon Bleu. They then decided that it was time to join forces, and so, Cook & Baker was born.

Starting with monthly supperclubs, an upcoming cookbook club, and with many other exciting plans for the future, they hope you will join them on their adventure and share in their love of (or, rather, obsession with...) food.
