Clem Balfour founder of Yoga Brunch Club together with Aine Carlin, author of popular vegan cookbooks ‘The New Vegan’ and latest release ‘Cook, Share, Eat, Vegan’, invite you to join them for a morning of yoga and brunch at the calming and beautiful space at The Forge.

Enjoy a relaxing morning yoga session led by Pip Barsanti, I met Pip last year and fell in love with her energising classes. As a former athletics coach and professional sprinter, Pip hails from a fitness background. Injury led her down a different route where she studied contemporary dance, yoga and runs her own barre fitness studio in Bristol. After yoga we will be treated to a 3-course nourishing spring feast prepared by Aine Carlin. Author of popular vegan cookbooks ‘Keep it Vegan’ and latest release ‘Cook, Share, Eat, Vegan’, Áine has forged a unique niche for herself in the world of plant-based cooking. With a focus on fresh, seasonal dishes that don’t rely on substitutes or hard-to-source ingredients, her easy approach to food appeals to a wide range of people, from vegan-cooking enthusiasts through to those simply wanting to dabble now and again.

The Yoga Brunch Club was founded by Clem Balfour over four years ago. The idea came from a combination of her great passions yoga and food, on a mission to make yoga more accessible the Yoga Brunch Club was launched. These run monthly in London and Bristol, with a few Yoga Supper Club's and retreats also added into the mix.

This will be an all levels vinyasa flowclass. Beginners are welcomed and encouraged, and for the more advanced yogis there will always be options to deepen any pose. Expect a relaxing and nourishing morning, which is going to set you up for the rest of the day.

Ticket includes:

  • 75mins Yoga

  • 3-course brunch

  • Goodie Bag

AINE CARLIN

Author of popular vegan cookbooks ‘Keep it Vegan’, ‘The New Vegan’ and latest release ‘Cook, Share, Eat, Vegan’, Áine has forged a unique niche for herself in the world of plant-based cooking. Having worked with brands such as Kenwood, Merchant Gourmet, Mindful Chef, White Rabbit Pizza Co. and more, her approachable style reveals a refreshingly fun side to veganism that reaches out to vegans and non-vegans alike. PIP BARSANTI

Pip hails from a varied background of training giving her a broad pallet to play with when creating classes. Originally training as a sprinter and coaching athletics from a young age. Injury led me down a different route where I went on to study Contemporary dance and fell in love with movement. Entering the fitness world I qualified as a personal trainer, Pilates, and Yoga teacher. I also run a Barre fitness studio in Bristol where I regularly teach. Teaching is in my bones with over 10 years experience, I love to have fun and make you work hard (and relax)!
